TASKE License
TASKE license can be ordered on FYI, and the license will be mailed to you when it is activated on
FYI. TASKE installation document is available under TASKE Call Center section of the Software
(Strata Sys.) > MIS software on FYI.
Important! For Network ACD, TASKE must be installed on a separate dedicated PC.
Insight License
If you are installing Insight, fax an order to your Toshiba Customer Service Representative. Once
your order is processed, Toshiba will fax an activation code to you. The procedure for applying the
activation code is described in "Upgrade" section of Insight Installation Manual.
