Install License Key(s)
ACD is composed of a single processor computer equipped for incremental expansion. The
internal components vary depending on configuration. All external connectors and wiring are
customer supplied.
The ACD systems/software packages come with the following:
•
(Optional) Strata Unifier for Network ACD – refer to
•
ACD License Key – Enables the ACD system to function. May include Chat, Net Phone, Call
Router, etc.
•
(Optional) Insight License Key – Enables Insight to function.
•
(Optional) TASKE License Key – Enables TASKE to function.
•
The License keys are furnished in two forms: Printer port dongle and USB port dongle.
Based on the type of dongle received, install the key to the appropriate computer port (USB or
printer port).
License(s) Generation for Strata ACD
You must obtain a valid license for the ACD software modules that you will install. For this process,
you will need the Order Number, the CIX processor card serial number (CIX670, CIX200, CIX100,
or CIX40 processor part number), and the ACD key (dongle) serial number.
To generate a license from FYI
Follow the latest instructions posted on http://fyi.tsd.toshiba.com.
License Registration

Once the license number is obtained, open the
Net Server, click Setup > Copy Key Upgrader.
The Copy Key Upgrader screen displays (takes
approx. 20 seconds).
2. Put the code in the Enabler Code field
and click Unlock. A message comes
up stating the upgrade was successful.
Note If you receive the error message
"invalid checksum," check to see if
you accidently entered a blank
space at the end of the number.
