Strata CIX ACD Dialogic Installation Checklist
This checklist only highlights important installation information.

Make sure that your kit contains the following items:

Strata CIX Call Center Solutions Application Software and Documentation Library
CD-ROM Dialogic Driver Installation CD
p
Strata CIX ACD System Administrator Guide
p
Strata CIX ACD Installation Guide
p
Toshiba ACD dongle
p
(Optional) Strata Unifier dongle (for Network ACD); (Optional) Insight dongle

For multi-node LANs, make sure that all ACD Agents, Supervisors, and related personnel,
such as Attendants, and the associated voice mail system are located in the appropriate
nodes.
p
Refer to the PC manual for installation procedures for the computer.
p
Refer to Chapter 2 of this manual to configure the voice boards for the ACD PC.
p
(Optional) Strata Unifier dongle (for Network ACD)

Refer to Chapter 2 – Dialogic Board Installation and perform all of the steps under Step 1.
p
Set up PC for Networking
p
Connect Voice Board to Telephone Lines
p
Install License Key(s)

Refer to Chapter 2 – Dialogic Board Installation and perform all of the steps under Step 2. You
must obtain a license from the Toshiba FYI web site for:

CIX ACD
p
TASKE (Optional MIS software)
p
Insight (Optional MIS software)
There is a separate starter kit for Insight, that contains the Call Center Solutions
