Selection of start switch
When knee switch is selected, perform start of presetting
with knee switch and cancel of presetting is performed with
hand switch. (A mode)
When hand switch is selected, perform start of presetting
with hand switch and cancel of presetting is performed with
knee switch. (B mode)
