Check that the "Use Quick Menu" checkbox is selected.

Load the documents onto the ScanSnap S1100/S1300/
S1500, and then press the scan button.
Scanning starts. When scanning is completed, the Quick Menu appears.
4.
Select "Scan to Rack2-Filer" from the Quick Menu.
When using ScanSnap S1100, press the scan button after
scanning is complete to display the Quick Menu.
