Creating a Photo Album

This section describes how to create a binder dedicated for photo albums
(photo binder) and import photos and documents and how to edit the imported
data.

Creating a photo binder

The following describes how to create a binder to import photos and
documents.

Rack2-Filer User's Guide
Select the cabinet in which you want to create a binder from
the directory tree.
The content of the selected cabinet appears.
Click .
You can also right-click in an empty space in a cabinet and
select [New Binder].
The [Binder Settings] dialog box appears.
Select [Photo] as Binder Type and configure other settings.
For more details, refer to "6.15 Changing Binder Settings" (Page 109).
Click the [OK] button.
A photo binder is created.
