Press the up/down arrows to highlight the option required and press OK.

Press the up/down arrows to highlight the setting required or enter the correct information using
the keypad.
7.
Press OK to save the selection.
8.
Continue customizing the Paper Settings options as required, then press Stop to return to ready
mode.

Sound Settings

1.
Press Machine Status on the control panel.
2.
Press the up/down arrows to highlight System Setup and press OK.
3.
Enter the Administrator's Password using the keypad. Refer to
page 128 for instructions.
4.
Press the up/down arrows to highlight Sound Settings and press OK.
The following Sound Settings options and settings are available:

Description
Use to enable or disable the
Bypass Tray.
Enables a prompt to change the
tray settings when a tray is
opened and closed.
Description
Use to set if the beep sound is
On or Off when a key is pressed.
Turns the alarm sound On or Off.
With this option set to On, an
alarm tone sounds when an
error occurs or fax
communication ends.
Use to set if sounds from the
telephone line can be heard
through the speaker, such as a
dial tone or a fax tone.
Adjusts the ringer volume.
