Replying to and Forwarding Mail
This section explains how to reply to or forward mail that you have received.
A Select [INBOX] in the e-mail menu
and press the

REPLY ALL
A reply will be sent to the person who sent

A reply will be sent only to the person who
sent the mail.
FORWARD
The mail will be forwarded to the specified
address.
ADD TO ADDRESS BOOK
The address of the sender will be registered
in the address book.
Reply and Forward
Tips
Reply is used when you want to reply to someone who sent you a
message. The form generally used is adding comments to the
received mail.
Forward is used when you want to send a received message as it is
to someone other than the person who sent it. You can also add
comments to received mail.
