Setting an Address Using the Address Book
There are two ways to set a mail address: either select an address from the
address book, or enter the address directly in the appropriate item.

A Select [TO:] on the setting screen and
press the button.
The e-mail setting screen will be displayed.
B Set an address.
Specify an address in either of the following
methods:
Choosing from a list
Choose the address you want to set from the
Send to list and press the FUNCTION button.
The check box
the address selected will turn to green.
Entering directly
Press the button.When the character input
screen is displayed, enter an address
directly.

• You can also set addresses for [CC:] in the same sequence.
C When you have finished setting addresses, press the ENTER
button.
The addresses you set will be displayed in the e-mail setting screen (Step A).

Tips
"CC" stands for carbon copy. It is used to select addresses to which
you want to send the same message, in addition to the address
specified in [TO:].
