Cause and Remedy
Selected file cannot be found. Select file again. If
message still appears, storage memory is
damaged. Make a backup file and format media.
Mail address has not been entered. Enter
address.
E-mail settings are incorrect. Check sender name
and reset.
Mail address has not been registered in address
book. Register it and retry operation.
Memory capacity is too small, and new mail
cannot be composed or mail downloaded. Delete
unwanted mail and attachment files from outbox
or inbox.
Dial-up account for quick send has not been
registered in dial-up list (DIAL-UP ACCOUNT).
Register it and try operation.
Mail capacity is full. Delete unnecessary mails
from outbox or inbox, or decrease the number of
attachment.
Selected file cannot be found. Select file again. If
message still appears, storage memory is
damaged. Make a backup file and format media.
Files recorded in other camera modes than in Still
Picture mode cannot be uploaded. Select files
recorded in Still Picture mode.
Two or more files are selected. Select 1 file only.
