Cause and Remedy
E-mail settings are incorrect. Check POP account
and POP password and reset.

Wait for a while and resend.
Error in internal mail processing. Perform
operation again. If problem persists, switch off
power and perform operation again.
Turn the camera off, then turn it back on again. If
problem persists, make a backup of necessary
files and format the storage memory.
Message storage capacity exceeded and no more
mail can be downloaded. Delete unwanted mail
from inbox or outbox, and download mail.
Folder number exceeding 999 cannot be created.
Delete folder.
Specify another folder name.
Make a backup of necessary files and format the
CF card, or use another storage memory.
Insert the CF card.
File size exceeded spool capacity and no more
mail can be uploaded. Reduce attachment size.
Mail box capacity as full. Delete unwanted mail in
outbox or inbox, or decrease the number of
attachment.
Image size cannot be changed. Changing image
size is not available for the file format. Send it in
original size.
