5. Press the r button to enter the option menu of the selected
settings; the display shows the current option with an
asterisk.
Note:
To return to the setting menu, press the l button once.
6. Press the d button or the u button to scroll through the menu
until the display shows the option you want to set. Press
the r button to select the desired option.
7. Repeat the steps above until you have made all necessary
changes.
8. When you are satisfied with the SelecType options, press
SelecType to store your changes in the printer's memory
and exit SelecType mode. The printer is now ready to
accept data and print. These settings remain in effect until
you change them again.
Note:
If you press an unrelated button in SelecType, the printer beeps
once to indicate it is an incorrect operation.
To return to the previous menu, press the l button. Pressing the
l button several times causes the printer to exit SelecType and
return to a standby state.
