Complete the Client MAC address and Client Name fields.

Enter the IP address (such as 10.2.37.1).

10 Enter the subnet (such as 255.255.0.0); set the subnet to a valid value in accordance
with the IP address.
11 Enter the IP address of the default Gateway; it can be any address within the subnet.
12 Select the required Boot and INI files.
13 To permanently store the new image file in the VCX V7111 flash memory, add –fb suffix
to Boot file name, such as ram.cmp –fb. After entering the file names, click Apply &
Reset.The following status messages are displayed in the 3Com BootP/TFTP Server
main screen:
