The Accounting date specified by parameter code 0002h is a parameter that may be savable using a LOG
SELECT command to indicate when the device was placed in service. If the parameter is not yet set or
is not settable, the default value placed in the parameter field shall be 6 ASCII blank characters (20h).
The field shall not be checked for validity by the device server.

The Specified cycle count over device lifetime is a parameter provided by the device sever. The
specified cycle count over device lifetime parameter shall not be savable by the application client using
the LOG SELECT command. The parameter value is a 4-byte binary number. The value indicates how
operation or reliability outside the limits specified by the manufacture of the device.
