Moving user accounts
View the latest BlackBerry Enterprise
Transporter log file
You can view the latest BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter log file to verify that user accounts were migrated or to
troubleshoot migration issues.
In the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter, on the Help menu, click View Log.
By default, the log files are located at <drive>:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry
Enterprise Transporter\Logs .
