XML Manifest Failed to Load

Description

This message appears when the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter cannot load the manifest file that you specified.

Possible solution

Try performing one of the following actions:

Verify that the manifest file is in the location that you specified.

•

Create and configure a new manifest file.

Destination 5.0 server found but unable to find BUA

installation

Description

This message appears when you try to move user accounts to a destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 and the

BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter cannot detect the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool. The

BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter uses the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool to assign default

settings for groups, IT policies, and software configurations to the user accounts that you want to move to the destination

BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

Possible solution

Install a compatible version of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool on the computer that hosts the

BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter. The BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool is not required if the

destination BlackBerry Enterprise Server is 5.0 SP1 or later.
