If you want the document erased from memory after the
machine has been polled and sent the document, press [F3]

(▼) or [F4] (▲) to highlight <05 ERASE AFTER TX> ➞ press
OK
[OK].
The ERASE AFTER TX menu appears.

<01 OFF>: The document in the polling box is not erased after it is polled.
