Target
Indicates whether the processing starts with scanning a document or accessing an
external application.
Owner
Displays the owner of the job flow sheet.
Save In
Displays whether the job flow sheet is saved in the machine or in a pool server.
Description
Displays the description of the job flow sheet.
Delete
Allows you to delete the selected job flow sheet. This button is displayed for the owner
of the job flow sheet. Selecting this button displays a screen confirming the deletion of
the job flow sheet.

Change Settings

This feature allows you to temporarily change the settings of a job flow sheet selected
on the [Job Flow Sheets] screen. The changes will be lost when you select a different
job flow sheet.
1.
Select a job flow sheet on the
[Job Flow Sheets] screen.
2.
Select the [Change Settings]
button. The [Change Settings]
screen is displayed.

Select a group you want to
modify.
NOTE: Groups marked with an
arrow indicate that they have not
been configured.
NOTE: Use the scroll buttons to
scroll through the list.
4.
Set the required items.
NOTE: Items marked with an arrow
indicate that they have not been
configured.
Previous Group
Displays the setting items of the previous group.
Next Group
Displays the setting items of the next group.
Add E-mail Recipient
Displays a screen that allows you to enter a new recipient address.
