Machine Serial Number
Displays the [Watermark - Machine Serial Number] screen. This option prints the serial
number of the machine on the output copies. Select [On] to enable the feature.
Watermark Effect
Displays the [Watermark Effect] screen. This option embeds the text strings specified
in [Control Number], [Stored Watermarks], [User Account Number], [Date & Time], and
[Machine Serial Number] on all copies. If you make copies of your output, the
embedded text strings will be printed with the text effect you select here. The following
options are available:
• Off- Disables the feature.
• Embossed - If you make copies of your output, the embedded text will appear
embossed.
• Outline - If you make copies of your output, the embedded text will be visible in
white.

ID Card Copying

This feature allows you to copy both the front and back side of an ID card or any
document whose size cannot be detected automatically onto the same side of paper.

Select [ID Card Copying] on the
[Output Format] screen.

Select the required option.
3.
Select [Save].
Off
Disables the feature.
On
Enables the feature. Copy the front side of an ID card as usual. Then, turn the card over
without changing its position, and copy its back side.
NOTE: To capture the whole image of the ID card, make sure to place the card slightly
away from the top left corner of the document glass.
