This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from
state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of relief such as incidental
or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product ONLY.
REMINDER: Be sure to retain the sales receipt proving the date of your original purchase. This will
be needed if warranty service is ever required. DeLorme reserves the right to refuse warranty if a
receipt is not provided or if the receipt is incomplete/illegible.
Service Plan
Before a product can be returned, you must contact DeLorme Support at 207-846-8900 to
determine if a return is necessary and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking
number.
The following information must be provided to obtain warranty service:
• A copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer
• The serial number of the Earthmate PN-40
• The Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number that you received when you called
DeLorme Support
• Your return shipping address
• Your daytime telephone number
If you have contacted DeLorme Support and have been instructed to send the device in for
warranty service, send the unit to:
