1 Turn the power off and manually spin the fan and check
that it rotates freely.
Does the fan rotate freely?
2 Check the fuser fan cable connection to the engine
board, J2 for correct installation.
Is the cable installed correctly?
3 Disconnect the fuser fan from J2 on the engine board
and check the voltages on J2.
