iSNS client service configuration

The internet storage name service (iSNS) server facilitates the automatic discovery and manages access
control of iSCSI VTs on a TCP/IP network.
iSNS clients initiate transactions with iSNS servers using the iSNS protocol, register available iSCSI VTs,
download information about other registered clients (such as iSCSI initiators), and receive notification of
events that occur in the DDs.
