Configuring the Radio

Radio On/Off is a green feature that can be used during scheduled vacations, plant shut
downs, on evenings, or on weekends.

Basic Radio Configuration

To schedule the radio:
1. Select Configuration > Wireless > Basic > Radio On/Off. The Schedule screen
displays:

Advanced Radio Configuration for Access Point Groups

You can schedule the radio for specific groups to match their network usage. For example,
during registration, a school could leave the radios on for the main office or administration
building, and turn off radios in buildings that contain only classrooms that are not in use.

Description
The current time for the wireless controller.
You can either specify when the radio is on or when it is off.
Specify the time when you want to schedule the radio.
Select the check box for each day of the week that you want to schedule.
The duration in hours and minutes.
