    To avoid integration difficulties and possible board damage, your system must meet the requirements outlined below. Processor The Intel® Compute Module MFS5000SI supports up to two Multi-Core Intel® Xeon® Processors 5xxx Series. Memory A minimum of two fully-buffered DDR2 667 MHz DIMM(s) (FB-DIMM) should be installed.

    Installing or Replacing a Processor Caution: Only processors validated for use in the Intel® Compute Module MFS5000SI should be installed.     Diagnostic LED Information The Intel® Compute Module MFS5000SI includes a number of diagnostic LEDs on the front of the compute module that can aid in troubleshooting your system. The following table lists these LEDs along with a usage description of each LED.
