In a residential building, eight rooms are to be equipped with smoke detectors. When an alarm
occurs, a siren switches on and the fire authorities are notified.
The alarm channels of the smoke detector are assigned to channels C1 to C8. The alarm
source is indicated on a panel whose LED is activated by mimic display. The addresses corre-
spond to those of the alarm contacts. The alarm is sounded through a horn which is activated
through address D2 of a relay module. The alarm is reset again by a push button on address
B1.
