The color preset icon identifi es colors in the Paint Presets palette.
When a color preset is selected in the Paint Presets palette, the gray paint bucket is highlighted with color and a red
border. When selected, you can change the preset's color value in the Inspector.
Selected color presets can be set using the Inspector.
You can store all your project's colors in the Paint Presets palette. The color and values for each color are displayed at
the bottom of each preset icon.

It is easier to manage large collections of colors and textures by using the Manage Sets dialog box to create sets. See
Chapter 8, "Using Scene Objects."
The Paint Presets palette holds preset colors that can be applied to objects.
You can delete a selected preset using the Remove Preset command in the palette menu. To remove all presets, choose
Remove All Presets from the palette menu.
Once a paint bucket icon is selected in the Paint Presets palette, you can apply the selected color to an object (or
object face) by selecting the Apply Texture Tool from the Texture Tools toolbar and clicking on an object in the
Appearance Editor.
