Deleting Objects

Objects can be deleted by selecting the object and using the Edit > Clear menu command or by pressing the Delete
key. The Edit > Undo (Ctrl+Z) command will undelete a deleted object. You can also select and delete an object in the
Object Hierarchy palette.

Duplicating Objects

The Edit > Duplicate (Ctrl+D) menu command will create a copy of the selected object. The duplicated object will
have the same parameters as the original and will be placed a little distance away from the original. The Duplicate
command makes it easy to create large populations of identical objects.
