Description
Method; removes the child item of the menu item specified by the
menu item at that index, calling this method has no effect.
Any node or menu item in a MenuDataProvider instance can call the methods of the
MenuDataProvider class.
Example
The following example removes the fourth item:
myMenuDataProvider.removeMenuItemAt(3);
