5.6.8 NOTES ON AGING MODES
LED display during aging operation
After an aging operation is started, mode and submode numbers are not
shown in the LED. Instead, the three digits on the right show repeated
cycles and the two digits on the left show the step number in HEX. See
Figure 5-21, LED Display During Aging Operation.
LED display after aging operation is finished without error
After the aging operation is finished without error, the green LED
flashes and the number of repeated cycles are shown in the lower three
digits. The upper two digits return to the mode number display.
LED display when error is detected during aging operation
5
When an error is detected, the red LED will flash and the step number
(HEX) will be shown in the two digits on the right. This step number
shows what kind of operation is being done when the error is detected.
The three digits on the left show how many cycles have been completed
before the error was detected.
After an error is detected, the aging operation can not be resumed.
Whenever any one of the mechanical elements is moved, its status is
written into the EEPROM by control software in the DRM-5004X. When
power is turned Off, the mechanical status of the jukebox is recorded
in the EEPROM. Use Mode 1, Error History in RAM or Mode 2, Error
History in EEPROM to review errors.
Refer to Appendix D Accessing and Interpreting Error Codes.
