1. Press SM+ to enter submode 1 (swing arm). See 5-14, A.
2. Press S1 to move the swing arm to the left.
3. Press SM+ again to enter submode 2 (slide). See 5-14, B.
4. Press S1 to extend the slide
5. Press SM+ again to enter submode 3 (chuck). See 5-14, C.
6. Press S1 to grasp the disc
7. Press SM- to enter submode 2 (slide). See 5-14, D.
8. Press S2 to retract the slide
9. Press SM- to enter submode 1 (swing arm). See 5-14, E.
10. Press S2 to center the swing arm
NOTE: The swing arm must be centered before the disc trans-
porter can be moved.
11. Press SM- to enter submode 0 (disc transporter). See 5-14, F.
12. Instruct disc transporter to take the disc to address 514, the
drive in the upper right drive bay: Press S1 five times, Press
S2 one time, Press S3 4 times to indicate the address for the
upper right drive, drive 2.) See 5-14, G.
13. Press SM+ once to enter submode 1 (swing arm). See 5-14, H.
14. Press S3 to move the swing arm to the right.
15. Press SM+ again to enter submode 2 (slide). See 5-14, I.
16. Press S1 to extend the slide
17. Press SM+ again to enter submode 3 (chuck). See 5-14, J.
18. Press S2 to open the chuck and drop disc into drive 2
19. Press SM- to enter submode 2 (slide). See 5-14, K.
20. Press S2 to retract the slide
21. Press SM- to enter submode 1 (swing arm). See 5-14, L.
22. Press S2 to center the swing arm
23. Press SM+ 3 times for submode 4 (clamper). See 5-14,M.
24. Press S3 to clamp disc into upper right drive.
25. The disc is then in the drive. The drive can then receive SCSI
commands instructing it to read the disc.
