You're connecting the WorkCentre with the following:
• PC with a fax/data modem
• extension telephone
From the Printer
connector
In this configuration, you may have two fax machines; the
WorkCentre and your PC fax/data modem.
Plug one end of a telephone cable into the WorkCentre's Line
connector, and the other end into the wall outlet. Also, plug the
PC fax/data modem Line into the wall outlet. Plug the extension
telephone into the EXT connector. The PC printer port is
