Starting the WorkCentre 480cx TWAIN Scanner
Application
In this procedure, the WorkCentre 480cx TWAIN Scanner
Application will be launched from a TWAIN compliant scanning
application. While the steps are generally accurate, some different
terminology may be expected from the application you use to scan
the image.
Note:
This procedure can be used in any Windows environment,
with any TWAIN compliant scanning application. However, the steps
you perform to scan may be different for the application used to scan.
Note:
To install the WorkCentre 480cx TWAIN Scanner
Installing Software
application, refer to
section of this manual.
To use the WorkCentre 480cx as a scanner in this procedure, the
following are required:
• WorkCentre 480cx TWAIN Scanner application installed on the
workstation connected to the WorkCentre 480cx.
• A TWAIN compliant image editing software application (for
example, Adobe Photoshop).
