Main menu
All faults rectified.
1.
Press the operating button for 3 s.
Menu 1.00 appears.
2.
Turn the operating button until menu 6 appears.
3.
Press the operating button.
Menu 6.01 appears.
4.
Press the operating button.
5.
Change the value to "reset": Turn the operating button.
6.
Press the operating button.
The fault indication is reset.
Easy Actions menu
All faults rectified.
1.
Starting the Easy Actions menu: Turn the operating button 180°.
2.
Select menu item "Err reset".
3.
Press the operating button.
The fault indication is reset.
Fault acknowledgement failed
If there are further faults, the faults are displayed as follows:
The fault LED lights up.
The error code of the last fault is shown in the display.
All other faults can be called up from the fault memory.
If all faults have been rectified, acknowledge the faults again.
The switchgear stores the last ten faults in the fault memory. The fault memory works ac-
cording to the first in/first out principle. The faults are displayed in descending order in the
menu items 6.02 to 6.11:
6.02: the last/latest fault
6.11: the oldest fault
The functions may operate differently depending on the software version. That is why a
software version is included with every error code.
The details regarding the software version used can be read on the rating plate or displayed
via menu 4.24.
Cause
Incorrect rotating field
Operation via single-phase current connec-
tion
No response from sensor
Min. water level, below minimum value
High water level reached
All contacts "External OFF" active
Remedies
Establish a clockwise rotating field at the
mains connection.
Deactivate rotating field monitoring
(menu 5.68)!
Check the connection cable and sensor. Re-
place the defective component.
Check inlet and system parameters.
Check that the sensor is working correctly,
replace the defective component.
Check inlet and system parameters.
Check that the float switch is working cor-
rectly, replace the defective component.
Active contact defined as an alarm.
Check the connection of the "External OFF"
contact according to the current connection
diagram.
