Refit the bulb to its fitting and
turn it clockwise until it is tight.
Fit the connector (6) adequately.

In compliance with local legal require-
ments, specific procedures must be fol-
lowed when checking light beam adjust-
ment.
For a quick check of the correct direction
of the front light beams, place the scooter
ten metres (32.80 ft) from a vertical wall

and make sure the ground is level.
Turn on the low-beam light, sit on the
scooter and check that the light beam
projected to the wall is a little below the
headlight horizontal straight line (about
9/10 of the total height).
To adjust the light beam:
Working from the central bottom
side of the windshield, operate
the specific bolt with the 8-mm
single open ended spanner.

TIGHTEN the screw (clockwise) to raise
the light beam.
UNDO the screw (anticlockwise) to lower
the light beam.
Hermonteer de lampromp in de
speciale zit en draai hem in wij-
zerszin tot hij blokkeert.
Plaats de connector (6) correct.

Afstellen van de koplamp

Op basis van wat wordt bepaald door de
van kracht zijnde wetgeving in het land
waar het voertuig wordt gebruikt, moeten
er specifieke procedures gevolgd worden
voor de regeling van de lichtbundel.
Voor een snelle controle van de correcte
richting van de lichtbundel vooraan,
plaats men het voertuig op tien meter
(32.80 ft) afstand van een verticale wand,
en controleert men of het terrein vlak is.
Ontsteek het dimlicht, ga op het voertuig
zitten en controleer of de lichtbundel die
op de wand wordt geprojecteerd zich iets
onder de horizontale lijn van de koplamp
bevindt (ongeveer 9/10 van de totale
hoogte).
Voor het regelen van de lichtbundel:
Door te handelen vanaf de on-
derkant, centraal het kapje, ge-
bruikt men een vorksleutel van 8
op de speciale bout.
Door haar VAST TE DRAAIEN (in wij-
zerszin) wordt de lichtbundel verhoogd.
