CHECKING LIGHT BEAM ADJUST-
MENT.

To quickly check that the front light beam
is correctly oriented, place the vehicle
32.8 ft (10 m) from a vertical wall, making
sure that the ground is level. Turn on the
low beam light, sit on the vehicle and
check that the light beam projected to the
wall is a little below the headlight hori-
zontal straight line (about 9/10 of the total
height).
To adjust the height of the vertical

light beam:
•
Place the vehicle on the stand.
•
Working on the rear right side of
the dashboard guard, use a
short Phillips head screwdriver
on the appropriate screw (1).
TIGHTENING (clockwise), the
light beam will go up. LOOSEN-
ING (counterclockwise), the
light beam will go down.

LUMINEUX.
Pour vérifier rapidement la bonne orien-
tation du faisceau lumineux avant, placer
le véhicule à 32,8 ft (10 m) de distance
d'un mur vertical sur un terrain plat. Allu-
mer le feu de croisement, s'asseoir sur le
véhicule et vérifier que le faisceau lumi-
neux projeté sur le mur se trouve légère-
ment au-dessous de l'axe horizontal du
projecteur (environ 9/10 de la hauteur to-
tale).
Pour effectuer le réglage vertical du
faisceau lumineux :
•
Placer le véhicule sur la béquil-
le.
•
En opérant du côté arrière droit
de la bulle, agir avec un tourne-
vis court cruciforme sur la vis
respective (1). EN VISSANT
(sens des aiguilles d'une mon-
tre), le faisceau lumineux s'élè-
ve. EN DÉVISSANT (sens in-
verse des aiguilles d'une mon-
