6 How to use the Barcode Reader

Barcode Returned Unencrypted

1) Select the
BARCODE READER
2) Locate a barcode that can be accessible by the device such as a mobile app, screen, or print out.
3) At Scan BarCode
4) The BCR LED will turn on. Present a barcode near the device's BCR, which is located at the top
center of the device.
5) The BCR LED will turn off after the BCR scan is complete.
Note, if the LED flickers but remains on, the scan was not complete. Slowly center the barcode. If
centered, slowly move the barcode away from the device. The larger the barcode size, the further
away it should be.
6) Barcode data will be shown in the Output section.
