It is placed a locking handle in the middle front
part of dispenser.
Follow the steps in order to unlock and open it:
1- Insert the key supplied in the lock
and turn it 90 ° counterclockwise.
2- Pull back the handle.
3- Turn the handle 90 ° clockwise direction.
