EVERY 200 HOURS
5. Properly dispose of used oil.
(1) Engine oil filter
IMPORTANT :
• To prevent serious damage to the engine,
use only a Kubota genuine filter.
• When replacing the engine oil filter:
– Be careful not to allow any oil onto the
harness.
– Use an oil pan or similar device to
prevent oil from flowing into the wire
harness.

2. Changing engine oil

WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
• Stop the engine before changing the oil.
• Allow the engine to cool down sufficiently; oil
can be hot and can burn.
1. To drain the used oil, remove the drain plug at the
bottom of the engine and drain the oil completely
into the oil pan.
2. After draining, reinstall the drain plug.
3. Fill with new oil up to the upper notch on the
dipstick.

page 95.)
NOTE :
• In adding engine oil, use a funnel or the like.
4. Properly dispose of used oil.

(1) Drain plug (both sides)

3. Replacing transmission oil filter

WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
• Stop the engine before changing the oil filter
cartridge.
• Allow engine to cool down sufficiently, oil can
be hot and can burn.
