• Is the humidifying tray securely attached?
¼ Push it all the way in.
• Is the float inside the humidifying tray stuck?
Is the float inside the humidifying tray properly attached?
¼ Attach the float properly and check that it moves smoothly.
• If the water supply lamp is lit even though there is water in the humidifying
tray, there may be a problem with the water tank. (Water leakage may
result)
¼ Contact the place of purchase.
• Was a strong odour already present at the time you plugged in the
power supply plug?
¼ The basic sensitivity of the odour sensor will be determined by odour
levels in the first 1 minute after the power supply plug is inserted.
If you remove the power supply plug when the air is clean (odour free),
wait at least 5 seconds, then reinsert the power supply plug and start
operation, the reference odour level that determines the sensitivity of
the odour sensor will be adjusted.
• Is the airflow rate limit when the water supply lamp is lit set to "Fan
stop"?
¼ If the airflow rate limit when the water supply lamp is lit is set to "Fan
stop", the fan will stop when the water supply lamp is lit.
While the fan is stopped, the odour sensor may not respond well.
• It is time to replace the streamer units.
¼ Contact the place of purchase.
• The streamer may cease operating depending on the degree of air impurity
and airflow rate.

• Is streamer output set to "Low"?
¼ When set to "Low", the streamer operates for a shorter time compared
to when it is set to "Normal".
• Is the unit operating in ECONO MODE?
¼ The streamer lamp does not light up when the unit is in Monitoring
mode during ECONO MODE.
• Is the humidifier lamp blinking?
¼ Humidifying filter drying operation is being carried out. The streamer
lamp doesn't light up during humidifying filter drying operation.
