FAQs

Q: The value displayed as the PM2.5 concentration is always low and
seems unresponsive, or the sensitivity of the PM2.5 sensor seems to
be poor...
A:
If the PM2.5 sensor lens is dirty, the sensitivity may become poor, so clean it
regularly.

In addition, the reaction time of the PM2.5 sensor varies depending on the size of
the room.
Adjust in accordance with the PM2.5 sensor Sensitivity Setting.
The responsiveness of the PM2.5 sensor may be poor when airflow rate is high
such as "Turbo".
This is not a malfunction because the airflow rate is strong and the dust is sucked
into the air inlet before it reaches the PM2.5 sensor.
If the airflow rate limit when the water supply lamp is lit is set to "Fan stop", the fan
will stop when the water supply lamp is lit, and the PM2.5 sensor may not respond
well.

Q: Can the dust collection filter be cleaned with water?
A:
It cannot be cleaned with water.
(Reduced performance of the dust collection filter may result)
Replace it or vacuum away dust with a vacuum cleaner if dirt buildup is severe.
Depending on the usage environment, odours may become adhered to the dust
collection filter.
If the odour bothers you, replace it.
Q: The dust collection filter easily turns black...
A:
The blackening does not affect dust collection performance. However, it can be
replaced if it is an issue.
Q: Can the deodorising filter be cleaned with water? Or should it be
replaced?
A:
It cannot be cleaned with water.
(If water is used, the part will lose its shape and become unusable.)
If you have inadvertently washed it with water, contact the place of purchase.
Remove from the unit and vacuum off dust with a vacuum cleaner.
Also, it is not necessary to replace it.
Depending on the usage environment, odours may become adhered to the
deodorising filter.
If odour becomes an issue, leave the part in a shaded, breezy area. (about
1 day)
Q: No steam is visible during the Humidifying Operation...
A:
No steam is visible because humidification is carried out by passing air through the humidifying filters and vaporizing,
rather than by boiling water.
Q: Air emitted during the Humidifying Operation feels cool...
A:
Emitted air is a little lower in temperature than the air drawn-in because heat in the air is consumed when the water
contained in the humidifying filters is vaporized.
Q: Humidification is in progress but ambient humidity is not rising...
A:
It may be difficult to raise the humidity depending on room size and conditions.
