A: Fit the handlebar switch (right)
projection to the handlebar hole.
NOTE:
Refer to "CABLE ROUTING".

Front brake light switch
A: Make sure that the "UP" mark with
the bracket is pointed upward.
B: Align the punch mark on the
handlebar with the gap of the
master cylinder bracket.
C: Tighten the master cylinder bolts
to specified torque.
Tightening torque:
7 Nm (0.7 m • kg, 5.1 ft • lb)
D: Lubricate the pivoting part of the
brake lever.
Recommended lubricants:
Yamaha cable lube
E: Check the brake lever for smooth
action.
WARNING
Proper hose routing is essential to
assure safe motorcycle operation.
Refer to "CABLE ROUTING".

A: S'assurer que le repère fléché
"UP" du demi-palier de maître-
cylindre soit dirigé vers le haut.
B: Aligner le repère du guidon et le
sommet du demi-palier inférieur.
C: Serrer les boulons du maître-
cylindre au couple spécifié.
Couple de serrage:
7 Nm (0,7 m • kg, 5,1 ft • lb)
D: Lubrifier le pivot du levier de
frein.
Lubrifiant recommandé:
Lubrifiant Yamaha pour câbles
E: S'assurer que le levier de frein
fonctionne correctement.
