CLEAN STRAINER IN DIFFERENTIAL LOCK HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT

The parts and oil are at high temperature after the engine is stopped, and may cause serious burns. Wait for the temperature
to go down before starting the operation.
If there is still pressure remaining inside the case, the oil or plug may fly out. Turn the plug slowly to release the pressure, then
remove it carefully.
Clean the strainers (4 places) of the differential lock hydraulic circuit as follows.
1. Remove plug (1).
2. Take the strainer out from strainer case (2), then wash it in clean diesel fuel.
3. Assemble the strainer to strainer case (2), then install plug (1).
Suction strainer for front differential lock
This is at the top of the front differential case.
Line strainer for center, rear differential lock
This is on the left side at the front of the rear frame.
Suction strainer for center differential lock
This is at the rear of the center differential case.
