OPERATION
COMBINATION OF DIFFERENTIAL LOCK
(A): Manual actuation of inter-axle lock
Use this when operating on soft ground or in places where the tires may slip.
Cancel the differential lock when operating on harder ground.
REMARK
If the tires slip or there is a difference in the rotating speed of the tires when the inter-axle differential lock switch is
at AUTO, the inter-axle differential lock is automatically actuated to set to condition (A).
(B): Manual actuation of inter-axle differential lock, and actuation of center, rear axle left and right differential lock
Use this setting when traveling in (A) and the machine gets stuck or the tires start to slip on soft ground.
Depress the differential lock pedal at the same time as actuating the left and right differential lock switch. The
differential lock will be actuated only while the pedal is being depressed. When the pedal is released, it is
canceled.
REMARK
If the tires slip or there is a difference in the rotating speed of the tires when the inter-axle differential lock switch
is at AUTO, the inter-axle differential lock is automatically actuated to set to condition (B).
When the left and right differential lock is actuated, the steering wheel will become more difficult to operate, so
be particularly careful when traveling around sharp curves.
