UPDATES - MAINTENANCE

60.1 - Updating the gateway

The gateway will inform you if there is a new update to be installed with
Updates may include new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
We recommend installing those updates as soon as they are available to ensure best operation and security.
Note.
Updating the gateway in not possible via the Remote Access.

60.2 - To update the gateway:

1.
Go to , click on point 5. General
2. Click Updates to go to the update display.
3.
Click Download Update button.
4. Determine whether you want to do the cloud backup, local backup or no backups before the update.
5. Accept Terms & Privacy Policy.
6. Click Install Update.
7. Click Update to confirm the update.

60.3 - Updating connected devices

Note.
Updating the devices is not possible via the Remote Access.

Go to > Update > Devices (tab).
2. Click Update next to available update or select multiple and click
