Chapter 3—Getting Started

First Steps

Here's how to get up and running with the SREV1.
Familiarize yourself with the SREV1 and RC-SREV1.

Install any mini YGDAI I/O cards.

Connect the RC-SREV1.

Connect your audio equipment to the inputs and outputs.

Connect the power cord and turn on the SREV1.

Turn on the RC-SREV1 and Adjust the brightness and contrast.

Connecting the RC-SREV1 Remote Controller

The RC-SREV1 should be connected to the SREV1 using the supplied 9-pin D-sub
remote cable, as shown below. In addition to control signals, the cable carries power for
the RC-SREV1, so make sure it's attached securely.
