06 Electrical Connection

6.5 Communication

• Make sure that the communication device is connected to the right COM port. Route the
communication cable far away from any interference source or power cable to prevent the
signal from being influenced.
• If the communication signal is interfered, a magnetic ring can be added on the communi-
cation cable.
• Enable the DRED function or remote shutdown function via SolarGo app after cable
connections.
• The communication cables are connected in the same way. The following illustration shows
an example of connecting to DC1.485.
