Solutions
1. If the problem occurs occasionally,
the utility grid may be abnormal
temporarily. The inverter will recover
automatically after detecting that the
utility grid is normal.
2. If the problem occurs frequently,
contact the dealer or the after-sales
service.
Reduce the number of loads connected to
the back-up of the inverter. Make sure that
the power of the loads does not exceeds
the max output power of back-up.

Check whether there are abnormalities
such as short circuits.
Disconnect the AC output switch and DC
input switch, then connect them 5 minutes
later. Contact the dealer or the after-sales
service if the problem persists.

frequency is within the permissible
range.
