TIME: Displays in minutes and

During your workout, your heart rate will be displayed and the Heart Icon will blink to your heart
beat. For optimal performance, we recommend using the Teeter Wireless Heart Rate Monitor
Chest Strap (available at teeter.com), which will automatically pair with the FreeStep Console.
Heart Rate displayed may be inaccurate and should be used for reference only.
HEART RATE DIAL: Consists of two dials: a colorful outer dial and a white inner dial. The

the Heart Rate Goal program as a motivator during your workout. Note that this feature can only

SPEED: Displays in mph by default. To change the Speed Unit, press the Unit button.
