Dynamic Regrouping (M427 Port)
In addition to supporting dynamic regrouping of a field radio, the M427 Dispatcher Ports
may also reassign its own 16 dynamic groups (termed "self-regrouping"). In this case, you
highlight the Dispatcher Port channel and click DynGrp Select (available in the "MAP27
Call" submenu or Subscriber List window). Please note that, NO ID should be entered
before this operation. This is how the console program knows that a self-dynamic regroup
is required instead of a field radio regroup. At this point you may either click Clear
DynGrps to clear all sixteen dynamic group slots, or assign from 1 to 16 slots by selecting
a preprogrammed group button, or entering valid group IDs (comma-separated), then
clicking Send DynGrp. In both cases, the channel box displays a message indicating
success or failure of the operation.

operation.
