INSTALLING OPTIONS
OPENING THE TRANSCEIVER CASE
CAUTION:
Always switch OFF the power and unplug the DC power
cable first.
Remove the 4 screws from the upper cover, then lift off
the upper cover.

Note:
When removing the case, the speaker may come out of the
transceiver with the case.
If this happens, replace the speaker
carefully taking extra care not to contact any metallic parts with the
speaker terminals.

INSTALLING THE TSU-8 CTCSS UNIT
1 Open the transceiver.
Upper case
Orient the large IC toward
the transceiver front.
Connector
3 Replace the upper cover and screws.
